2. Not financial advice
Everything in Traxa — signals, zone setups, entry, stop loss and take profit levels, trend and buyer/seller readings, technical and fundamental data, news remarks such as "Look for BUYS" or "Look for SELLS", and any messages from us — is general information and education only. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance into account. We are not a licensed financial adviser or broker. You alone decide whether to place a trade, and you are responsible for your own decisions. Consider getting independent advice before trading.
3. Signals and results
- Signals are generated by technical indicators and rules. They can be wrong, late, missed or duplicated, and markets can move against any setup.
- Prices shown in the app come from third-party feeds and may differ from your broker's prices, spreads and execution. Results (TP hit, SL hit, pips won, win rate) are measured automatically against those feeds and may not match what you could achieve in your own account.
- Past results do not guarantee future results. Any examples, demo data or illustrations are for explanation only.
- News and economic calendar data come from third parties (including ForexFactory) and may be incomplete, delayed or changed without notice.
4. No guarantee of service
We aim to keep Traxa running and notifications on time, but we do not guarantee that the app, its data or push notifications will be available, accurate, complete or delivered instantly. Notifications depend on your device, browser, operating system and network, and may be delayed or not arrive.
5. Your account
- Access is by invitation. Keep your login details private; your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
- You must not copy, redistribute or publish signals or content from Traxa without our written permission.
- We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, or at the end of a subscription period.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or other loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, Traxa or its content, including errors, delays or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
We store the email address you sign up with, a securely hashed version of your password, your invite code, and the push-notification subscription for each device you enable. We use this only to run the service and send you notifications. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account at [contact email].
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Traxa after an update means you accept the updated terms.
